By now, we can expect that our mutual customers are aware of the risk of further Coronavirus spread, and as such the risk they are taking when making new reservations, particularly Non-Refundable bookings. Therefore for all new reservations made as of May 1st 2020, we will no longer apply Force Majeure conditions for guests seeking to cancel or modify their booking due to the current Coronavirus. These reservations will be treated like any standard booking, according to our policies and procedures.
Standard Rate:
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. To confirm that the card you are using is valid and hasn’t been reported lost or stolen we will do a pre-autorisation on the card. Pre-authorisations are temporary holds. The length of the hold will vary depending on your credit card company, we release the reserved amount directly after it has been verified.
If you opt for direct online payment, your account or credit card will be charged for the booking amount you have booked. If you want to cancel free of charge, you need to cancel no later than 2 day(s) before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0:00 am (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 2 day(s) before arrival will be billed the total reservation price.
Non-refundable Rate:
Prepayment is required to qualify for this rate. Your account or credit card will be charged for the booking amount you have booked.
It is in no way possible to change or cancel non-refundable reservations.
When making the booking you accept that no refund is possible.
