Dogs are warmly welcomed at Hotel Grand Canal. We understand that your dog is part of the family and that travelling together makes your stay even more enjoyable. As the only hotel in Delft where pets are allowed, we offer a comfortable and personal stay for guests who want to explore everything Delft has to offer with their dog.

Our small family hotel is located on a quiet canal in the historic centre of Delft, close to green walking routes and lovely areas for dog walks. This allows you to combine the charm of the city with plenty of space for your dog to enjoy.
 

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few guidelines:

• Dogs are welcome upon request.
• A surcharge per dog per night applies for guests travelling with a dog.
• If you plan to bring a dog, please inform us in advance so we can take this into account.
• Dogs may only be left alone in the room if the reception has been informed.
• In public areas, we kindly ask you to be considerate of other guests.
• A maximum of two dogs per room is allowed.

These guidelines are not meant to be strict, but to ensure the well-being of every dog. Being left alone can be stressful for some dogs. 
By knowing when a dog is alone in the room, we can be attentive and step in if necessary should a dog feel uncomfortable. 
The well-being and safety of your dog are very important to us.

We genuinely love animals and do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible for both you and your dog. 
And with a small smile: dogs do have a slight advantage with us. 🐾

Please note: In Delft it is mandatory to clean up after your dog. You are required to carry and use dog waste bags.
